I have two silent partners who are with me in starting my business. The loan to get started is around $500,000. I need $75,000 for a down payment. One partner contributed $40,000, another contributed $20,000, and I contributed $15,000. I will be managing the business and they will help with the labor and service, which is very little. I am trying to figure out what percentage these partners will be compensated in the future years?
