Description:
This is a shipping related question.
A time charterer charters a vessel and the crew from a shipowner (NYPE form) and in turns charters it to a voyage charterer on a charter party contract.
The voyage charterer ships the cargo. During discharge, the receivers of the cargo claimed that the cargo was damaged. Who is liable? The time charterer? The ship owner? Or the voyage charterer?
